Shipping

Orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 business days after the order is placed. If there is any delay in dispatch, we will inform you via WhatsApp or email. We kindly ask for your patience and understanding should any delay occur while your order is being prepared and shipped. You can be sure that we take every necessary step to protect your order by having our products transported safely.

International orders are shipped with our contracted international courier partners. Customs duties, taxes or import charges that may apply in the destination country are not included in the product price and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery

Before accepting your parcel, please check whether the packaging has been damaged during transport. If the box is damaged for any reason, do not sign any delivery document; return the box or parcel to the courier officer and ask for an official damage report to be issued. Please make sure that a report is drawn up and do not accept a shipment for which a report has been issued. If a product with a damaged box is accepted, Pamuka is not responsible for any damage to or missing items inside the parcel.

Order Status

You will receive an order confirmation from us once your order has been shipped. A tracking number will be sent to you by the courier company so that you can follow the status of your parcel.

Custom-Made Products

Some of our products (such as Montessori bed canopies made to the measurements of your bed, or personalised items with a name) are produced specially for you. For these products, cancellation, return, refund and exchange requests are not accepted after 24 hours from the time the order is placed.
